Shipping

Orders processed before 2 PM are usually shipped out the same day.

We use different shipping methods depending on the product:

  • Letter mail
  • Parcel shipping via DHL
  • Pickup

Parcel Shipping

With the exception of small items such as our Cyberquad Kit, we ship all goods via DHL. All our deliveries are carbon-neutral through the DHL GoGreen program. If your cart contains items that are currently not available, we will always contact you in advance to ask whether you'd prefer a split delivery or to wait for a combined shipment.

We pass your phone number on to DHL so that the carrier can reach you if there is a problem with the delivery. DHL only receives your email address if you consent to parcel notifications at checkout; DHL will then inform you by email about the delivery time. Once we have processed your order, we will in any case send you the tracking number so you can check the shipping status at any time via DHL Package Tracking.

DHL states a standard delivery time of 1-2 business days for parcels.

Shipping Costs

For shipping within Germany we charge EUR 4.99, within the EU EUR 13.99, and to the rest of the world EUR 19.99 in shipping costs.

For orders over EUR 35.00 (Germany) or EUR 50.00 (EU + Switzerland), shipping is free.

Shipping costs are calculated automatically during checkout and displayed before you place your order.

Pickup

All items in stock can also be picked up in person at our location in Lörrach. Please contact us in advance by email at hello@custom-tesla.com to arrange your pickup.

Installation abroad

If we install outside Germany, the parts are sent to you as a parcel beforehand. Within the EU this is required for tax reasons; for Switzerland customs clearance is added, which is why we ship there by express with clearance included.

Please accept the parcel and check the packaging from the outside. Report any visible damage before doing anything else. There is no need to open it — we will do that together at the installation appointment. Until then it is enough to keep the parcel dry and safe.
